    Shipping is via Federal Express (FedEx) Ground only. Every effort is made to ship in 7-10 business days.

    Fencemender return policy: 2008 - 2010

    - Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, not USADarcorp, and can be sent to:

    - If the product is untampered with, unopened, and immediately re-shelvable, we give the full refund of the product. (we assess the product upon return for any damage-and reserve the right to charge a fee for opened product, ie. missing labels, ties missing, damage on the unit itself from attempted installation, etc.)

    - Refund is for the product cost ONLY, original shipping will not be refunded

    - We only refund orders that were placed on our website. We will not issue refunds for store bought Fencemenders. If the product was not purchased from www.Fencemender.com , we will not accept the return, and the product will stay in our possession until customer arranges shipping back to their location at their cost.
